Delhi-NCR witnessed absorption of 6.6 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025 compared with 5.4 mn sq. ft. in H1 2024, with a YOY growth of 22.2%. The market witnessed supply of 5.9 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025, bringing the operational stock to 103.5 mn sq. ft., the highest in the country. 

Gurugram micromarket contributed 88% of the total supply and 65% of the total absorption.
