Reaching a decadal peak, Pune recorded a gross absorption of 8.5 mn sq. ft., a 20% increase from 2023. Simultaneously, 8.6 mn sq. ft. of new supply entered the market, which marked a 59% YOY increase. During 2024, BFSI continued to dominate the leasing activity with a 32% share in India’s total absorption pie followed by IT-BPM at 25% and flexible workspaces at 15% share.
