Savills Planning consist of over 185 planners located in 15 offices across the UK. Our team offers strong urban design, environmental and energy specialists as well as a large body of general consultancy planners, many of whom were previously with Hepher Dixon, a well-respected practice that was absorbed into Savills at the end of 2006. Our successful track record has seen us working for developers, landowners, investors, retailers, sports clubs, local authorities, Regional Development Agencies, English Partnerships amongst others. This combined with our strong links to other Savills departments enable us to offer a fully integrated service to clients.

The Government's emphasis on urban regeneration, mixed use development, higher residential densities and rising proportions of affordable housing, means that residential and mixed use development has become increasingly complex.
