Savills, on behalf of a private investor, has been appointed to market a total of 11,049 sq ft (1,026 sq m) of warehouse and trade counter space at Stonemasons Yard in St Philips, Bristol.  This is the first time that the property has been presented to the market since its original development in 1999.
