DIFA entered into this 50% joint venture with Morley Fund Management in March 2006. We advised on the acquisition of this project where DIFA will jointly fund the development of this state of the art headquarters building to provide 23,690 sq m (255,000 sq ft), working with scheme developer Development Securities. Total capital commitment for DIFA expected to be approximately £90 million with a target yield of approximately 6.25%.
