Private student housing in Poland

"A laundry room with table football and a jacuzzi on the rooftop instead of bunk beds and shared toilets. As many as 10,000 beds are expected to be built in student houses across Poland by 2021, which will represent a 150% increase in supply in the next three years, says real estate advisory firm Savills. According to Savills analysts, PBSA (purpose-built student accommodation) remains a real estate niche, but is an increasingly sought-after asset class given the focus of investment funds on portfolio diversification and the growing expectations of students."
