We operate a Summer Placement programme throughout our UK offices each year. This
offers the opportunity to come and experience working at Savills first-hand.
Places are available for people looking for work experience prior to making an Autumn
application to start the Graduate Trainee programme the following September – typically,
these are students in the penultimate year of their studies or later.
To gain a place, you will be interviewed by two people from our Graduate Recruitment
team, which is made up of RICS-qualified staff (usually of Director or Associate
Director level) and HR professionals.
During your placement, you will be assessed on the job and through
a series of competency-based exercises. You will learn a lot about the way we work
to help you decide whether a career with Savills is the right choice for you.
