Graduate Swap Programme

The grad swap scheme gives Savills graduates the opportunity to work in a different Savills office in another country for one rotation (4 months). Working in a different Savills team you can continue your APC studies whilst you will work and live as your “swap buddy” would have done during this rotation. It is an excellent career development opportunity, for graduates who are ambitious and want to make the most of networking and skills building opportunities.
