The application process

You can apply for a graduate traineeship starting in September 2009 until the closing date of 5 December.

Selection is a two-stage process, comprising:

  • Assessment Day: this involves a tour of the office and presentation to let you know more about Savills. You’ll also meet many key Savills people during a drinks reception, as well as taking part in a number of group and individual competency–based exercises.

  • Interview: this takes place with two members of the Savills Graduate Recruitment team. This is made up of RICS–qualified staff (usually of Director or Associate Director level) and HR professionals.
