Can I apply even if I don’t have a RICS–accredited degree?

Yes, but once you’ve been offered a graduate traineeship you’ll need to undertake a RICS–accredited conversion course which is usually studied for alongside working towards the APC via day release, evening and weekend study and distance learning. In many cases, we offer funding to help support you through your studies.
