Savills Tianjin has expanded in northern China with the announcement of a new office in the city located at Tianjin WFC centre 46F. Savills originally established its Tianjin office in August 2006 with just seven employees, which has since grown to over 60 supported by an increasing property management service that now includes over 120 people. The office provides a range of services  including facilities and property management, retail and office leasing, development consultancy, valuation and investment sales in offices, residential, retail and hospitality. Savills Tianjin also has particular expertise in Strata title sales in both offices and retail as well as en bloc investment transactions.

Jeremy Helsby, CEO of Savills, comments: “The expansion of our Tianjin office and opening of these new premises is evidence of Savills growth and success in developing into the hub of commercial, financial and high end technology in Northern China. Our growth in Tianjin is just one example of our growth across China where we are continuing to expand our operations throughout recruitment and the opening of new offices.

“Last year Savills China delivered record revenue and record profits and we are confident that 2012 will continue this trend.”
