Exclusive Atelier - Registrations of Interest Campaign Starts

Ceerose has started its registrations of interest campaign for what arguably will be one of Leichhardt’s most exclusive new addresses – the $18.3 million boutique development Atelier.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Leichhardt on both Jarrett Street and Parramatta Road, the bespoke development comprises two separate buildings, connected through a common landscaped courtyard. It will stand proudly at five and six storeys high.

Atelier will feature 36 signature residences, a café and ground floor commercial tenancies. Gina’s Bakery façade on Jarrett Street will be retained with the shed and chimney reinstated, and seamlessly integrated into the façade, paying homage to the existing site.

The project, located at 32 Jarrett Street comprises 12 one beds plus study, 4 two beds, 16 two bed plus study and 4 three bed plus study.

Prices start at $760,000 for a one bed plus study (51.4 – 67sq m), two beds start at $1.129 million (85.4 – 92.2sq m), 2 beds plus study are priced from $1.125 million (75 – 103sq m) and three beds plus study start at $2.599 million (129 – 149sq m). Completion is expected in 2019.

Atelier is a short 100 metre walk to Norton Street with its many cafes and restaurants, and the bus stops on Parramatta Road and Norton Street are within a 50 to 100 metre walk. Several schools and universities including Sydney University and the University of Technology are within a three to four kilometre radius from Atelier as well as the White Bay Power Station area, which is about to undergo a major multi-million dollar transformation.

The NSW state budget has set aside $123 million to create new village-style urban plazas, express bus lanes and cycleways along the length Parramatta Road (20 kilometres). Eight rejuvenated centres are planned along the corridor to complement existing suburbs, including Leichhardt.
