Brand new office space comes to market at 96 Victoria Road, Chelmsford

On behalf of MS Amlin, Savills has been appointed to let office space at 96 Victoria Road in Chelmsford, Essex.

Built in part for the global specialty insurer and reinsurer’s occupation, the firm plans to let the building’s surplus office accommodation, which comprises three separate suites of premium Grade A space. This includes 3,520 sq ft (301 sq m) on part of the first floor, 8,385 sq ft (778 sq m) on the fourth floor and 4,860 sq ft (451 sq m) on the fifth floor, which is available as a whole or on a floor by floor basis.

The suites are being offered at a quoting rent of £30 per sq ft (£323 per sq m).
