Anytime Fitness and Boswells bolster leisure offering at Quedam Centre, Yeovil

Benson Elliot have today announced that Anytime Fitness and Boswells Café will open at the Quedam Centre in Yeovil in Spring 2018, joining a retail line up which includes H&M, Topshop, River Island, New Look and JD Sports.

Anytime Fitness will open a new club in early 2018 after agreeing a new 15-year lease on 6,557sq ft (609.2 sq m) of space at the centre. Anytime Fitness clubs have over 3,000,000 members, in 29 countries and 3,500 clubs worldwide with a key member benefit being that they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week giving their members the convenience to work out, whenever it suits their busy lifestyle.

Boswells Café is a family run company based in the South and South-West, with a chain of 17 café restaurants. They have agreed a new 15-year lease on 4,072 sq ft (378 sq m) and will be combining two units in the large prominent corner space on Ivel Square in the centre of the scheme. There will be approximately 100 covers, with comfortable seating on the ground floor, first floor, and outside.
