Savills appointed to sell mixed use Cambria Portfolio comprising of thirteen assets

Savills, on behalf of a private client, has brought to the market a portfolio of 13 retail, office and residential properties across south Wales. Offers over £4.5 million are invited for the portfolio.

The thirteen properties provide an annual income of £396,180, three quarters of which is generated by commercial properties that account for the majority of the portfolio. With an AWULT of 6.26 years, tenants include estate agents Peter Alan, Papa Johns and Three Mobile.

The properties included in the portfolio are: 131 High Street, Blackwood; 22 Dunraven Place, Bridgend; 30-32 Churchill Way, Culverhouse Cross and 7 Thornhill Road in Cardiff; 26/26a in Cowbridge, 77/78 Woodfield Street & 51 Crown Street in Morriston; 41 Alfred Street and 1a Wind Street, both in in Neath; 75 Bridge Street in Newport; 58 John Street in Porthcawl; 17-19 Dillwyn Street and 49 Mansel Street in Swansea
