Two office lettings at 4 Colston Avenue, Bristol

Savills, on behalf of landlord GPL 2014 Limited, has let the second and fifth floor at 4 Colston Avenue to Prysm Media Group and WH Ireland. 

WH Ireland have completed a new lease on the fifth floor amounting to 2,206 sq ft (205 sq m)  and Prysm Media Group have expanded their presence at 4 Colston Avenue, taking an additional 2,647 sq ft (246 sq m) on top of their original lease of 5,876 sq ft (546 sq m) during the summer.

We are expecting strong demand for the last remaining space on the fourth floor.”

4 Colston Avenue has recently undergone a landlord refurbishment programme with showers being installed, secure cycle storage added and a new reception area. The building is located immediately opposite the new Metrobus stop, allowing office tenants to take full advantage of the public transport routes opening in the new year   WH Ireland were represented by GVA and Prysm Media Group were unrepresented.
