Victor Ktori, head of office at Savills Nottingham, comments: “Situated in one of the East Midlands premier industrial locations, this was an excellent opportunity to purchase a property that generates good returns as well as offering future redevelopment potential. The industrial sector remains incredibly popular with investors looking for steady income producing assets and for this reason we are very pleased to have secured this deal at an excellent price on behalf of our client.”
