Cordium Consulting returns to 130 Jermyn street, SW1

Savills, on behalf of Blackstone, has agreed a new lease with Cordium Consulting Group Ltd at 130 Jermyn Street, London SW1.

The business management consultant has signed a new 10-year lease on the sixth floor of the extensively refurbished office building, totalling 6,448 sq ft (599 sq m). The deal leaves five floors remaining in the office building, totalling 32,000 sq ft (2,900 sq m), each floor comprising circa 6,300 sq ft (557 sq m).

The decision to sign a new lease at 130 Jermyn Street is a testament to the design of the newly configured building and its location.”
