03 November 2017

A family office, advised by international real estate advisor Savills, has brought to market 21 Pembridge Gardens in Notting Hill, London seeking offers in excess of £7 million.  The classic Grade II listed Georgian property provides a rare opportunity to acquire a hostel in central London.

Currently vacant, the property was previously used by an education company to provide accommodation for international students studying in London. Set over 7,424 sq ft (690 sq m), the property is laid out over lower ground, ground and three upper floors as includes a large rear garden.

Located in Notting Hill, 21 Pembridge Gardens is close to Notting Hill Gate London underground station, Hyde Park and the retail and leisure offerings on nearby Portobello Road and central London.

Gary Witham, director in the hotels team at Savills, comments: “We are delighted to be bringing 21 Pembridge Gardens to the market. After being owned by the same family since 1925 the property presents are a rare opportunity for the new owner to put a flag in the heart of an iconic London neighbourhood.”
