Grosvenor Square office building in Southampton comes to market after comprehensive refurbishment

Bournemouth based investors, Ameriscot Commercial, have completed the comprehensive refurbishment of Grosvenor House, 2 Grosvenor Square in the heart of Southampton. Savills, jointly with Vail Williams, has been appointed to market the building.

The offices – which feature new air conditioning, LED lighting, new toilet facilities and a new, high quality reception area – total 2,752 sq m (29,621 sq ft), available on a floor by floor basis or as half floors. There are 34 onsite parking spaces. Grosvenor House is located on Grosvenor Square close to restaurants in Guildhall, retail at West Quay, and Southampton’s rail and bus stations.
