Three new retailers join line up at Oxford’s Templars Shopping Park

Kyrra SARL, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let three retail units at Templars Shopping Park in Oxford to Shoezone, Carphone Warehouse and The Works.

The largest letting is to Shoezone, which will occupy a 3,670 sq ft (341 sq m) unit, while Carphone Warehouse and The Works have signed up for units extending to 2,500 sq ft (232 sq m) and 2,000 sq ft (186 sq m) respectively.  Each of the retailers has agreed a new 10-year lease at a rent of between £30 per sq ft (£323 per sq m) and £36 per sq ft (£388 sq m).

Located close to Oxford city centre, Templars Shopping Park comprises 11 retail units let to major brands including JD Sports, TK Maxx, Pets at Home and Sainsbury’s.

Shoezone was represented by Ramsdens and The Works was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, while Colliers International acted for Carphone Warehouse.
