Savills packages up new deal at Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate, Colsterworth

Savills, on behalf of the Property Recycling Group plc, has let four units at Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate in Colsterworth to Macfarlane Group (UK) Ltd.

The nationwide packaging designer, manufacturer and distributor has agreed to a new four-year lease for units 33, 34, 35 and 36, comprising warehouse space totalling 28,762 sq ft (2,672 sq m).

Situated  less than half a mile from the A1, this is the ideal place for Macfarlane to base its local operations.
