One Parkshot welcomes two new occupiers in Richmond

Aviva Investors, advised jointly by Savills and CBRE, has let the whole of Parkshot in Richmond to PK Group and Retail Insight Ltd respectively.

PK Group, the London-based tax advisory firm, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for office accommodation totalling 6,339 sq ft (589 sq m) and will occupy the first, second and third floors of the five storey building. PK Group will pay an annual rent of £301,102, equating to £47.50 per sq ft (£511 sq m).

Data specialist, Retail Insight, has also agreed to a new 10-year lease for space on the lower ground and ground floors totalling 6,101 sq ft (566 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £259,292, equating to £42.50 per sq ft (£457 per sq m).
