Savills launches new business park development at Kinning park, Glasgow

On behalf of local developer, Century Land, Savills has been appointed letting agent at Cornwall Street Business Park on Kinning Park, Glasgow.

The 20,000 sq ft (1,858 sq m) business park development adjacent to Junction 22 of the M8 motorway is due to complete in July 2017.  On completion Cornwall Street Business Park will be the only new development scheme offering flexible workspace on the outskirts of Glasgow. The industrial units will range from 1,639 sq ft (152 sq m) with multiple unit combinations up to a full terrace of 19,900 sq ft (1,849 sq m).
