Cambridge Business Park launches first available office space for two years

Savills and Carter Jonas, on behalf of The Crown Estate, are marketing a premium office suite at Newton House, the first space to become available at Cambridge Business park in almost two years.

Totaling 5,430 sq ft (504 sq m), the suite comprises newly refurbished open-plan office accommodation on the ground floor of the building.
