Calder Vets seals deal for Wakefield office in Yorkshire’s largest out of town leasing deal of 2017

Calder Vets, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has secured Origin Point at Paragon Business Village, Wakefield in Yorkshire’s largest out of town office leasing deal of 2017 to date.  The unit will house state of the art operating and diagnostic facilities as well as office space, also making it the region’s largest animal hospital. 

The veterinary care provider has agreed a new 15-year lease for the 18,000 sq ft (1,672 sq m) property, which is owned by Yorkcourt Paragon Ltd.  The business village offers a range of high specification office accommodation, with occupiers including Nationwide Building Society, Chadwick Lawrence and Redhall Group.  Located close to Junction 41 of the M1, it is set in landscaped surroundings and features a range of amenities including food outlets, a health club and crèche.
