Oastlodge acquires the Breydon Centre investment in Peterborough

Savills, on behalf of Oastlodge Ltd, has acquired the freehold of the Breydon Centre 1 on Padholme Road East in Peterborough for an undisclosed sum.

Situated in a key industrial location, the prominent trade counter terrace comprises three units totalling 15,210 sq ft (1,413 sq m). The scheme, which is fully let to occupiers including Edmunson Electrical, YESSS Electrical and Brake Station, generates a combined rental  income of £87,950 per annum.
