The Deckers Group launches £8.7 million sale of hotels & restaurants in the North

The Deckers Group, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has brought to market a portfolio of three hotels and restaurants in Greater Manchester and Yorkshire for a combined guide price of £8.7 million.  The sale comprises Royal Toby and Crimble Hall near Rochdale and Best Western Pennine Manor Hotel in Huddersfield, with the properties available either individually or as a group.

Royal Toby has a guide price of £5.5 million and is located in Castleton, on the outskirts of Rochdale.  The property offers 53 bedrooms, with proposed plans for a further 21, plus two restaurants and the purpose built Rhyddings Suite, which can cater for weddings or functions with up to 200 guests.  It also features 1.5 acres (0.6 hectares) of land suitable for further development, subject to planning consent. 

Crimble Hall is situated in the countryside midway between Rochdale and Heywood and is available at a guide price of £1.95 million.  The well-established restaurant sits on a 2.6-acre (1.05-hectare) site and can seat up to 360 diners across its three distinct areas: The Conservatory Restaurant & Grill; The Peacock Room and Fenton’s Lounge.

The 31-bedroom Best Western Pennine Manor Hotel has a guide price of £1.25 million and is located on the outskirts of the village of Scapegoat Hill, near Huddersfield.  The property has recently been refurbished and also features the Hilltop Bar & Restaurant with panoramic views, plus four function rooms catering for up to 150 guests.
