Ho Bee land sells Rose Court for £94.5 million

10 February 2017

On behalf of Ho Bee Land Ltd, international real estate advisor Savills has sold Rose Court in Southwark, London to a private investor for £94.5 million.

The building comprises 157,144 sq ft (14,598 sq m) of office and ancillary accommodation arranged over lower ground, ground and nine upper floors. It is let to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government until September 2018 at an annual rent of £4.346 million. Ho Bee Land Ltd acquired Rose Court in June 2013 for £67.2 million.

Richard Bullock, director in the Central London investment team, comments: “The price achieved for Rose Court is a significant mark up from what Ho Bee Land paid for the asset in 2013 and indicative of London’s position as a global investment market and resilience to Brexit.”

The purchaser was advised by Colliers.
