Longman Road sees Cotswold outdoor make camp in Inverness

On behalf of Aberdeen Property Trust, international real estate advisor Savills has agreed a new letting to Cotswold Outdoor at 1 Longman Road, Inverness.

The outdoor recreation retailer agreed to a new 10-year lease on Unit 2, extending to 6,083 sq ft (565 sq m), paying £98,850 per annum. Cotswold Outdoor joins Halfords, B&Q and Wickes at 1 Longman Road.
