Savills, on behalf of the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, has brought to market the freehold of the former Elizabeth Dibben Centre in the heart of Bordon in East Hampshire at a guide price in the region of £500,000.

Formerly a mental health clinic, the building has become available after the services relocated to the  Chase Community Hospital, Bordon. The single storey property sits on a 0.517 acre (0.209 hectare) plot and extends to 5,156 sq ft (479 sq m).
