Bucklegrove Caravan and Camping Park sold in Somerset

Savills, on behalf of the Clarke family, has sold Bucklegrove Caravan and Camping Park in Cheddar, Somerset to the owners of the Wookey Hole Caves and Hotel. The guide price for the park was £2.25 million.

The well established holiday park is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is approximately 15.5 miles from Weston-Super-Mare and 3.7 miles south east of Cheddar. Bucklegrove has a site licence for 11 months operation, and planning permission for 125 touring caravan pitches, 41 holiday home pitches and an area for 20 tents. On site there are two residential bungalows, a shop, swimming pool and bar complex and a children’s play area.
