Warwickshire's Grade II listed Nailcote Hall Hotel comes to market

International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of a private client, has brought to market the Grade II listed Nailcote Hall Hotel, Golf & Country Club in Berkswell, Warwickshire for an undisclosed sum.  The venue is world-renowned for hosting the annual British Par 3 Championship event on its nine hole championship golf course.

The current owner, who has built the hotel’s business and the infrastructure to its current high levels, has made the decision to retire and this provides a rare opportunity for a new owner to benefit from the work put in over the years.
