Falcon House sale takes it to the top of the class in Nottingham

Savills, on behalf of NACODS, has sold the freehold of Falcon House, 15 Pelham Road on Sherwood Rise, Nottingham to Foxhall Business Centres. The property was marketed at a guide price of £325,000.

The former private school comprises 3,341 sq ft (310 sq m) of office space set across a two storey detached building. Following the purchase, the site will continue to be used for educational purposes.
