Cambridge Business Park launches first available office space for almost two years

Savills and Carter Jonas, on behalf of The Crown Estate, have been instructed to market the last remaining available office suite in Newton House on Cambridge Business Park, Cambridge.

Totaling 5,505 sq ft (511 sq m), the suite comprises newly refurbished open-plan office accommodation on the ground floor of the building, which is the first space to become available at the park in almost two years. Prospective occupiers would join an existing mix of major international businesses in the professional services and technology sectors, including Qualcomm, Oracle and Hewlett-Packard.

Comprising 325,000 sq ft (30,193 sq m) of modern workspace across 12 buildings, the park is Cambridge’s premier business locations. Situated in the northern cluster, a new railway station adjacent to the park is set to open next year, further improving connectivity, with plans for new direct routes to Kings Cross and Liverpool Street in London as well as Norwich and Kings Lynn.
