Stationary retailer Smiggle pens plans for new store on King's Road, Chelsea

Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let 124 King’s Road in Chelsea, London to Smiggle.

The Australian stationery retailer has agreed a new 10-year lease for the 1,095 sq ft (102 sq m) store at an annual rent of £165,000.  Located near Duke of York Square and Sloane Square, the property is also in close proximity to numerous retailers including Gap, Reiss, Neal’s Yard, Joe & The Juice and Scribbler.
