Prime city centre property on Mansfield Road sells for £1.3m, Nottingham

Savills, on behalf of private investors, has sold the freehold of 192 – 194 Mansfield Road in Nottingham to the Church of England for £1.1 million.

The former auction house  comprises office accommodation, three separate salesrooms and storage space totalling 20,437 sq ft (1,898 sq m). The property is suitable for a number of alternative uses including retail, leisure, residential and place of worship subject to planning consent.
