Oaks Hotel comes to market for £1.15 million in Porlock

Savills, on behalf of a private client,  has brought  to market the four star Oaks Hotel in Porlock, Somerset at a guide price of £1.15 million.

The three storey Edwardian hotel has eight en suite bathrooms, a bar, a restaurant with 24 covers and a lounge. Oaks Hotel has been awarded three AA red stars and an AA rosette for the restaurant. A car park for approximately 12 cars and a double garage can be found outside. The owner’s accommodation is in a separate three bedroom building, set over a ground and first floor.
