Bar Hill gets a boost with new occupiers, Cambridge

On behalf of LaSalle Investment Management, Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton have let four units at the Bar Hill Trading Estate in Cambridge to Domino UK Ltd.

The industrial coding, printing and marking company has agreed to a new 10-year lease for warehouse space totalling 43,641 sq ft (9,114 sq m) and will occupy units Two to Five at Trafalgar Way. Domino UK will pay an annual rent of £218,205, equating to £5 per sq ft (£53 per sq m).

This latest deal follows a flurry of activity on the estate over the past 12 months, with 16,200 sq ft (1,505 sq m)  let across three units to STS flooring, Plant expand and Biochrom Limited respectively. As a result, one unit totalling 12,586 sq ft (1,169 sq m) remains available, with rents starting at £4.50 per sq ft (£48.50 per sq m).
