New occupier pulls up at Axis Park, Peterborough

Aberdeen Asset Management, advised jointly by Savills and Richardsons, has let Unit 16 at Axis Park, Manasty Road in Peterborough to Casarva Ltd.

Casarva, the UK’s premier motorcycle to trike builder, has agreed a new five-year lease on refurbished industrial space totalling 3,035 sq ft (282 sq m), and will pay an annual rent of £15,000.

Currently three units remain available at the park ranging from 3,100 sq ft (287 sq m) to 10,003 sq ft (929 sq m) and offered at a starting quoting rent of £4.25 per sq ft (£45.75 per sq m).

We are very pleased to have secured this deal on behalf of our client which supports Casarva’s ongoing expansion in the area.”
