Work completes at Stuart House, Peterborough

11 August 2016

Work has now been completed at Stuart House in Peterborough, following a comprehensive refurbishment undertaken by CEG.

Now comprising remodelled entrances, communal areas and grounds, the refurbishment has transformed the 120,000 sq ft (11,148 sq m) landmark city centre office building. The Grade A accommodation also benefits from on site car parking as well as new cycle storage and shower facilities.

Following lettings to Mortgages4Life and Savills earlier this year, 57,734 sq ft (5,363 sq m) remains available. Flexible floor plates can accommodate requirements from 1,575 sq ft (146 sq m).

Paul Farrow, director of business space at Savills Peterborough, comments: “Stuart House has undergone a fantastic transformation and now offers the best office space in Peterborough city centre. Prominently located with strong links to London and surrounding areas it is the obvious choice for occupiers looking for premium office accommodation.”

Rachel FitzGerald, investment manager at CEG, adds: “Stuart House not only provides high quality amenities for staff, but the outstanding new entrances will leave a lasting impression on tenant’s visitors and clients”.

Savills and Barker Storey Matthews are marketing the site on behalf of CEG.
