Cohesion expands with new office at 3 The Green, Solihull

Recruitment outsourcing specialists Cohesion, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has acquired office space at 3 The Green in Solihull. 

The firm, which is relocating into the larger premises from its current base nearby, has agreed a five-year lease for 5,413 sq ft (502 sq m) of top floor accommodation at a rent of £11.25 per sq ft (£121 per sq m).  Situated in Shirley, the property offers 35,000 sq ft (3,252 sq m) of quality office space across three floors.

Jonathan Ottewell, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, comments:  “The office market in Solihull is continuing on its upward curve with rents increasing on an almost monthly basis.  We are pleased to have secured this deal on behalf of Cohesion, allowing the firm to expand the size of its office whilst at the same time reducing total outgoings.”
