Land sale secured at Beaufort Park, Huntingdon

Savills, on behalf of St John’s College, has sold the freehold of Plot Two at Beaufort Park, Latham Road in Huntingdon to Hydrotec Engineering Ltd for £650,000.

The property comprises 1.6 acres (0.64 hectares) of prime development land, suitable for accommodating buildings of up to 27,500 sq ft (2,554 sq m). Subject to consent, Tillbridge Developments will construct a bespoke facility that upon completion will be occupied by Hydrotech Engineering.

A prominent single corner plot of land totalling 2.36 acres (0.96 hectares) remains available at the park.
