New owner occupier to make waves at Ocean House, Weybridge

RWE Generation UK Plc, advised by Savills, has sold the freehold of Ocean House at Bourne Business Park in Weybridge to Dixcart International Ltd for £2.3 million.

The property comprises 8,504 sq ft (790 sq m) of good quality office space and will be occupied by Dixcart in its entirety, following a relocation from its former premises in nearby Esher.
