New Leisure quarter at East Kilbride Shopping Centre, Scotland 85% pre-let

Savills acting on behalf of Orion Investment Managers at East Kilbride Shopping Centre, Scotland,  has secured a raft of new lettings to Frankie and Benny’s, Chiquitos, Filling Station, Nandos, Pizza Express, Bella and Handmade Burger taking the new Olympia Leisure Quarter, expected to complete in October 2016, to 85% pre-let.

East Kilbride Shopping Centre has also welcomed 14 new retailers to the existing shopping area in the last 12 months including Yours, Peacocks, Pep&Co, The Works, Bestseller, JD Wetherspoons, Eurochange, Prime Vapour and Chopstix.

Anchored by Debenhams, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury’s, and Odeon, East Kilbride Shopping Centre comprises 1.2 million sq ft (111,480 sq m) of retail accommodation with over 250 shops. Other key retailers include River Island, New Look, Zara, H&M, Topshop, Topman, Next, Waterstones, HMV, Miss Selfridge, USC and Office.

Three opportunities remain available for pre-let in the Olympia Leisure Quarter, ranging from 1,044 sq ft (97 sq m) to 7,725 sq ft (718 sq m) and offered at  quoting rents starting from £35,000 per annum.
